Workshop #1:   9:00 AM - 11:00 AM - Sumra will be teaching Short,Sweet and Spicey drum solo cherography to fire up  your dance set, can be used for a solo or group number. 

Workshop #2:  12:00 pm - 2:00 pm - Sumra  will be teaching her favorite combinations and performance principles, to add a fun flair to your dancing!

ABOUT ZOE:

Zoe is a proud member of The Indigo, recently on the road touring their new show Le Serpent Rouge. She has been touring with Bellydance Superstars since the fall of 2005 and can be seen performing on their new Tribal Fusions DVD. She recently finished filming her debut instructional DVD, to be released in the fall. Combining talents with David Satori and Tommy Cappel to form the band Beats Antique, which released the album Tribal Derivations last spring, Zoe is currently working on its sequel.

When not with The Indigo, she tours with The Yard Dogs Road Show, a cartoon circus sideshow of wacky dimensions, and has been seen tearing it up with the Extra Action Marching Band.

Recently nominated for Zaghareets "Best Interpretive Artist 2007", Zoe is an inarguably innovative dancer, whose unique take on Tribal bellydance takes influence from Art Nouveau, tango, Breakdance, and Indian classical dance.
She loves unicorns and has never once doubted their existence.

Kashmir is performing improv to Live music by Bazeen!!
We wanted to invite you all to Logan for a fun night! We are having our annual Club Cairo, which is show modeled after the Egyptian Night Clubs. We are having a wonderful dinner, and drinks. Live music from
Bazeen, and guests Kashmir Dance Co doing improve to live music. Sumra Kinza, and Mayyatahh will be dancing to the band, as well as a couple numbers from the Shimmering Sands dance company. We have tons of fun at this event, its like a big party.

SPRING FEST 2009
Belly Dancing by Thia presents Utah's 7th Annual Belly Dance Spring Fest

Starring Utah's very own talented Dancers & Musicians at the Utah State Fair Grounds, located at 155 North Temple 1000 West Salt Lake City, Utah, Saturday, March 7, from 10:00am-10pm. Loose yourself in a Fantasy World of Arabian Nights, with 400 Dazzling Dancers, Melodic live Music, Intricate Henna Tattoo's, Mystic Card Readings, Fun photo op's, Scrumptious Middle-Eastern Foods, Exotic  Shopping with Goods from around the World an much more!  Admission is $7 and children under 5 free.
